Are these SSC previous year papers free?

Are the papers available in Hindi?
Yes. Most compilations have separate English and Hindi PDFs. Use the English / हिंदी buttons under “Subject-wise & topic-wise PDFs”.
What is the difference between subject-wise, topic-wise and full papers?
Full papers keep each shift exactly as in the exam (official format). Subject-wise PDFs put all shifts of one subject together (e.g. Maths of all shifts). Topic-wise PDFs arrange the questions chapter by chapter so you can revise one topic at a time.
