Physical standards
PET (qualifying, 2024 cycle). Constable: Male 1600 m in 5 min 45 sec, long jump 14 ft, high jump 4 ft; Female 800 m in 3 min 40 sec, long jump 9 ft, high jump 3 ft. SI: Male 1600 m in 6 min 30 sec, long jump 12 ft, high jump 3 ft 9 in; Female 800 m in 4 min, long jump 9 ft, high jump 3 ft. Running: one chance; jumps: two chances. PMT (same for Constable and SI). Height - Male: UR/OBC 165 cm, SC/ST 160 cm, Garhwalis/Gorkhas/Marathas/Dogras/Kumaonese and other notified groups 163 cm; Female: UR/OBC 157 cm, SC/ST 152 cm, notified groups 155 cm. Chest (male only, unexpanded/expanded) - UR/OBC 80/85 cm, SC/ST 76.2/81.2 cm, notified groups 80/85 cm.
Other conditions
Nationality: Indian citizen
PET and PMT are pass/fail only; they do not add marks. Document verification for Constables was held on the same day as PET/PMT.
