RRB JE 2026 notification

Status: CEN 04/2026 applications closed on 13 Sept 2026; CBT-1 is scheduled for 27, 28 and 30 Oct 2026. The previous cycle (CEN 05/2025) is at the document verification stage after its CBT-2 result on 16 Sept 2026.

Vacancies: 4,029 (CEN 04/2026) – Originally 3,993; raised to 4,029 by corrigendum (35 CMA posts and 1 extra JE post added). Category-wise: UR 1,714, SC 632, ST 366, OBC 920, EWS 397. Discipline-wise: Civil 1,638, Mechanical 1,125, Electrical 600, DMS 324, S&T 307, CMA 35.

  1. Open the official website (www.rrbcdg.gov.in) and register / log in.
  2. Fill the RRB JE application form, choose posts and exam centres, upload photo and signature as the notice asks.
  3. Pay the fee (if applicable) before the last date and save the confirmation page.
  4. Check the RRB JE age limit and eligibility before applying.
