Delivery (Shipping) Policy

All products sold on realmocks.com and rbelearning.com by RBE Revolution By Education are digital. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there is no delivery charge.

1. When you get access

Access is given instantly after successful payment on the account (email / mobile number) you used to pay. You will also get a confirmation on screen and by email / SMS where available.

2. Where to find it

Log in to the website or app with the same account to open your course, test series or study material. Access lasts for the validity shown on the product page.

3. If you do not get access

If access does not appear within 2 hours of payment, contact us at helpdesk.rbe@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 73036 66097 with your registered email / mobile, product name and payment reference number. We will give access or arrange a refund as per our Refund Policy.

4. Printed books

Printed books by RBE are sold through Amazon and Flipkart; their delivery is handled by those platforms under their own policies.
