These terms apply to the websites realmocks.com and rbelearning.com and the RBE apps (together, the "Platform"), run by RBE Revolution By Education (owner: Shubham Jain) ("RBE", "we", "us"), B-37, Ground Floor, Guru Nanak Pura, Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi – 110092, India. By using the Platform or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Online preparation for competitive exams: free tools (rank predictor, marks calculator, previous year papers, typing and steno practice) and paid digital products such as courses, test series, live classes and study material. Each product page shows what it includes, its price and how long access lasts.

2. Your account

• Give correct details (name, email, mobile) and keep your login private.
• An account is for one person. Sharing a paid account or its content with others may lead to the account being blocked without refund.
• If you are under 18, use the Platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless shown otherwise.
• Payments are processed by authorised payment gateways (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Discount codes are valid only as described and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is final for that purchase.

4. Access

Paid products are digital and are given on your registered account after successful payment, as described in our Delivery Policy. Access lasts for the validity shown on the product page.

6. Content and copyright

Videos, PDFs, tests, questions, solutions and other material on the Platform belong to RBE or its licensors. They are for your personal study only. Copying, recording, reselling, uploading or sharing them (including on Telegram, WhatsApp or YouTube) is not allowed.

7. Results, ranks and information

Rank predictions, expected cut-offs, answer key analysis and exam information are estimates and summaries made in good faith from available data. They are not official results. Always check the official notification and website of the exam body.

8. Fair use

Do not misuse the Platform – no automated scraping, attacks, fake accounts, abusive behaviour or attempts to get paid content without paying. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

We work to keep the Platform available and correct, but it is provided "as is". We are not responsible for exam results, for decisions you make based on estimates, or for losses caused by internet, device or third-party service problems. Our total liability for any paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Platform means you accept it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction. Please contact us first – most issues are solved quickly.
