This policy explains how RBE Revolution By Education (owner Shubham Jain, "RBE", "we") collects and uses your information on realmocks.com and rbelearning.com and the RBE apps.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, mobile number, and details you add such as exam, category or state.
- Exam data you give us: answer key / response sheet links, marks, test attempts and results, typing and steno results.
- Payment details: order amount, product, payment status and reference number. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store them.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, collected through cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand and improve the website.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, give access to what you bought and show your results and ranks.
- To calculate anonymous statistics such as cut-offs, rank lists and attempt analysis.
- To send important messages about your account, payments, courses and exams; you can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and tax requirements.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help run the Platform – payment gateways, cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), email/SMS and analytics providers – and when required by law. Rank lists and statistics on the website do not show your personal contact details.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers with access limited to authorised people. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps (encrypted connections, restricted access, backups) to protect your data. We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
5. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account, by writing to helpdesk.rbe@gmail.com. Some records (such as payment and tax records) must be kept for the period required by law.
6. Children
Students under 18 should use the Platform with a parent's or guardian's consent.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
